Customization limits

Engraving and similar personalization may be discussed. OEM, private-label production and custom exterior or appearance design are not supported.

Large-order preparation

Large-volume orders require at least one month of preparation. The actual timeline is confirmed according to the product, quantity and current production or stock situation.

Pricing is based on the product, quantity and delivery destination.

Shipping and duties excluded

Wholesale quotations do not include shipping costs or customs duties.

Six-month validity

Quotations are valid for six months. When contacting us again, ask the sales representative for the latest available quotation.

Retail offers do not apply

Wholesale orders cannot use retail discount codes and do not qualify for retail free-shipping promotions.

    Both sides discuss product details, MOQ, availability, destination and other cooperation requirements. Whether cooperation can proceed depends on confirmation of these details.

    Receive the quotation

    The team confirms the applicable price and expected preparation information.

    Confirm and pay

    Order and payment details are confirmed directly with the wholesale team.

    Preparation and shipment

    After confirmation, the order enters preparation and shipping arrangements according to the agreed details.

Wholesale terms are confirmed separately. Most retail-site statements, promotions and policies do not automatically apply to wholesale orders. The terms for each wholesale order must be confirmed with the wholesale team.
